Thank you for shopping with SR Handmade Jewellery! Each piece is crafted with love, care, and attention to detail. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Order Processing Time

  • All handmade and customized orders are processed within 3-9 business days.
  • During high-demand seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. We will keep you informed via email or WhatsApp.
  • Urgent or express orders can be accommodated upon request (subject to availability).

We currently ship across India using trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, etc.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • You can use this to track the status of your shipment on the courier’s official website.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship Pan-India.

International shipping is not available at the moment but will be coming soon!

5. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. SR Handmade Jewellery will not be responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

  • In rare cases of shipment delays or lost parcels, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will investigate with our courier partners and do our best to resolve the issue.

 

 

 

7. Damaged Packaging or Products

 

  • If your order arrives with visible damage, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will evaluate the issue and offer a suitable solution (replacement/refund/credit).
